The LOC-ITZ story is of imagination, creativity, and perseverance.  The original idea started with primitive drawings in notepad on small patio, with the basic idea of decoration for school locks.  Still years later the notepad laid dormant, tuck away and inspiration would have to wait until 2015 to become reality until the afterthought of LOC-ITZ was pushed into the limelight.  Early on, we faced stiff challenges in the research/development, to manufacturing and funding issues, causing the project to become nearly extinct. But we forged our own path with hard work, good people, great ideas, and a sustained vision. We are proud to share this vision in it's totality to the world. In a lot of ways, our story is representative of many success stories...inspired by dreams, fraught with challenges, and ultimately culminating in fruition. Unlike some stories, our book is still writing new chapters and we welcome you along for the ride; by encouraging each individual to follow their own path as did our founder years ago.
